A prize winning commodity describing space(280) includes each drawn ranking, lottery contents, a prize winning commodity, and an insurance company name which supplies prize winning money. An advertiser information describing space(290) includes an address and a telephone of an advertiser. A registration/lottery guiding space(300) guides a lottery ticket user with respect to a lottery and a registration. A prize winner guiding space(310) guides a prize winner. A prize winning ranking, a name, a resident registration number, a telephone number of a prize winner are described in a prize winner information describing space(320). An insurance company describing space(330) includes an insurance company name for supplying prize winning money to a prize winner.
