PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing a polyester polymer for molding of container, which comprises the step of blending a certain compound into a PET resin to form a polyester polymer, and thus can decrease an amount of acetaldehyde left in the PET container. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of blending 1-10 wt% of polyamide-based polymer containing a primary amine into polyethylene terephthalate(PET). The polyamide-based polymer has a number average molecular weight of 15,000-30,000. The polyamide-based polymer is nylon 6 or poly(metha-xyleneadipamide). The method can decrease an amount of acetaldehyde formed when PET container used as a drinking container is produced, and prevent the taste change of the content. |
