<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print system in which high speed print operation is realized by an easy means. <P>SOLUTION: The print system comprises a functional combination of a digital camera 10 and a printer 60 provided with control means 13 and 22, respectively. The digital camera performs operations, including an operation for converting each color component data of an image to be printed sequentially into data being printed, and an operation for transferring each data subjected to color conversion processing sequentially to a printer, under control of a control means 13. The printer performs operations, including an operation for carrying a print sheet and an operation for driving a print head with data transferred from the digital camera, under control of a control means 22. The control means cooperate such that the color conversion processing on the digital camera side and the carrying operation on the printer side are performed at a timing including a part of time where both operations progress in parallel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
