PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made holder for stick-formed food wherein it is not necessary to a cut a portion thereof, the food is difficult to come out, and heat resistance is taken into consideration. SOLUTION: A slide plate 11, a side face plate 12, a second side face plate 13 and an adhesive piece 14 are connected with one another with the slide plate and the side face plate connected via perforations (a) and with the side face plate, the second face plate and the adhesive piece connected via creases (b). A spindle-formed slide bottom plate 15, a side face bottom plate 16, and a second side face bottom plate 17 are connected in approximately the same form on respective lower portions of the slide plate, the side face plate and the second side plate. An elongated window 13a extending from the vicinity of the upper end to the vicinity of the lower end is bored at the center of the second face plate. A lower end rim of the adhesive piece is formed to be arcuate. The slide bottom plate 15, the side face bottom plate 16 and the second side face plate are folded in obtuse angles respectively. In addition, the side face plate, the second side face plate and the adhesive piece are sequentially folded along the perforations and the creases with the slide plate facing inward, and a front face of the side face plate and a rear face of the adhesive piece are stuck to each other.
