PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article storage facility capable of reducing the downloading frequency of an application software and a parameter to a controller. SOLUTION: It is made possible to load the application software and the parameter to an area 71 in the lump at one time and possible to copy the parameter loaded down to the area 71 to an area 72 for the parameter as a new parameter, by providing a memory M to respectively and separately memorize the parameter to move the application software including a program to control a stacker crane and the parameter to move the article storage facility in the area 71 to memorize the application software and in the area 72 to memorize the parameter in the controller to control the stacker crane.
