PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it simple to disassemble parts in a vehicle instrument panel switch block. SOLUTION: An example of an assemble unit (1) constituted as a switch block is provided with a housing (2) with an aperture opened downward, and a bottom base that encloses the aperture and functions as an operative member (4) for locking members (9). The operative member (4) that is capable of being pressed in within the housing (2) in a nesting manner at the time of inserting into a mounting opening (16) operates a link drive apparatus to universally repeatedly move the locking members (9).
