PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can utilize drawing/ironing process for processing a product with large H/D ratio requiring high-level circularity. SOLUTION: In the drawing/ironing process device having an outer die 2 and a movable inner die 3, the outer die 2 contains at least a drawing section I, the inner die 3 contains an inner ironing section III composed of an inner flat plane 36 between an inner first tilt plane 33 and an inner second tilt plane 34 and also contains a movable punch 4 on its end, and the drawing section I is located on the more upstream side in moving direction of the work than the inner ironing section III. Additionally, the tilting angle of the inner first tilt plane (γ) is larger than the tilting angle of the outer second tilt plane (β), and the tilting angle of the outer first tilt plane (α) is larger than the tilting angle of the inner second tilt plane (σ).
