PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic water activator made proof against the leak of magnetism from its inside and made more resistant to e.g., abrupt vibrations given to it during its use. SOLUTION: The magnetic water activator is a magnetic water activator unit composed of the engagement of a pair of half units arranged opposite to each other so as to surround a water pipe from the outside, wherein each half unit has a substantially trough-shaped structure 1 provided with recesses 13a and 13b on both end walls 11a and 11b, an elongated metallic body 3 which is substantially semicircular in cross section but has a flat part 3a on the bottom, magnets 4a, 4b, and 4c arranged on the flat part 3a, and a cover plate 2 which covers the trough-shaped opening of the half unit and is contacted with the recesses 13a and 13b to directly receive the water pipe and wherein shallow recesses are provided in the positions of the magnets 4a, 4b, and 4c mounted on the flat part 3 of the elongated metallic body 3, and the elongated metallic body 3 has opposite substantially semicircular walls substantially abutting against the cover plate 2.
