<p>Device for processing the food products is made with a container, for example in the form of drum (10), inside of which the products for processing are lead, with the ribs (62, 64) with pre-determined surface, fixed in the container, to reach the movement of the food products in the rotation of the container around the axis, with the frame (16) to bear the container for its rotation around the axis with the driving mechanism, for example driving motor (34), for rotation of the container. The ribs (62, 64) are made with the hollow chamber for circulation of the liquid for controlling the temperature to reach the transmission of the heat between the surface of the ribs (62, 64) and the food products. The device also comprises the system for inlet of the liquid controlling the temperature into the hollow chamber of the ribs (62, 64).</p> |
