<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method for a writing instrument and writing tip by which the necessary positions between a writing tip and an ink tube or/and a tip holder can be properly welded without using an ultrasonic wave while the prevention of the writing tip separation and the ink leakage is assured. <P>SOLUTION: A designated position 20 (at least, a part in which a narrow diameter part 12b of a joint 12 is closely fitted) of a rear end part 10c inserted into the joint of a metallic writing tip 10 of the writing instrument is heated, and thereby the designated position 20 of the writing chip 10 and the surrounding joint 12 are welded each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
