<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freezing processed product of raw shellfishes by separating shucked shellfishes and a juice from bivalves such as a short-neck clam, a hard clam, a fresh water clam or an ark shell to be the raw materials, freezing the shucked shellfishes and a concentrated extract and simply cookable during eating, the frozen concentrate prepared by extracting the concentrated extract from raw material shellfishes and a method for producing the frozen concentrate. <P>SOLUTION: This freezing processed food is composed by carrying out sand removal and washing of the raw material shellfishes, separating the shucked shellfishes from the raw material shellfishes, washing the shucked shellfishes, removing foreign materials, impurities, etc., preparing the concentrate from the juice separated from the shucked shellfishes from the raw material shellfishes, weighing prescribed amounts of the shucked shellfishes and concentrate and further quick-freezing the resultant shucked shellfishes and concentrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
