<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blend containing a cellulose ester and an aliphatic polyester which is suitably molded into plastics products, fibers and films through molding or extrusion processing. <P>SOLUTION: A 2-component blend of the cellulose ester and aliphatic polyester and a 3-component blend of the cellulose ester, aliphatic polyester or aliphatic polyester and aliphatic-aromatic copolyester, and a polymer material are provided.
