PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perm solution for hair perm treatment which is used by previously adding a perfume and a colorant to iceberg seawater and mixing this mixture with a first permanent wave solution containing a thioglycolate as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: The mixed perm solution, wherein iceberg seawater is mixed with the first permanent wave solution, is used for hair perm treatment.
