PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article packaging bag sealed with an adhesive with which when an article is put into an opening, an operation of removing release paper on an adhesive layer is not necessary. SOLUTION: The article packaging bag is constituted by fusion-cutting both side rims of a bag made of a laminate film comprising synthetic resin films overlaid to form side rims of the bag and extending the film on one of sides of the opening of the laminate film bag longer than the other side to provide an unsealing tab. A folded piece is formed at a tip of the tab. The adhesive layer applied on a side of the folded piece or on a side of the unsealing tab is provided between the folded piece of a folded portion formed by folding the folded piece and the unsealing tab.
