PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has a thermoplastic polyurethane layer and a layer of a saponified product of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer and exhibits a superb adhesive strength between both layers. SOLUTION: This laminate has a thermoplastic polyurethane layer (A) with a JIS-A hardness of 60 to 97 which is constituted of a polymer diol with a number-average molecular weight of 300 to 10,000 and a crystallization enthalpy (ΔH) of 70 J/g or less and an organic diisocyanate and a chain distender, and a layer (B) of a saponified product of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer.
