PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of appropriately cutting a capacitor element for effectively cleaning the capacitor element contaminated by a PCB. SOLUTION: The cutting device for cutting the PCB pollutant C is equipped with a loading table 1 for loading the PCB pollutant C, a cutting part 2 movable reciprocatively to the up and down direction on the loading table 1, and a sending part 3 capable of moving a prescribed amount of the PCB pollutant C on the loading table 1 toward the cutting part 2.
