PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a traffic control database that causes many errors of control conditions and much man-hours for creation is mostly created by man-power. SOLUTION: Hardware consists of an information processing device equipped with a main memory and a CPU, a display device which displays input information to the information processing device and output information from the information processing device, an output device dealing with the output information from the information processing device, and an auxiliary memory device. The track map creating device is characterized in that in creating the track map used in railroad enterprise, by discriminating between an interlocking station and a non-interlocking station and creating a rough sketch of each station as a separate file of the rough sketch, the order of the station is inputted in response to the track map on the display and the track map file is created by connecting the rough sketch files in the order with the information processing.
