PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight material or a cement mixture having a higher specific gravity when compared to the conventional concrete and therefore capable of sufficiently opposing to the uplift pressure of itself even when the volume of the structure itself is small. SOLUTION: The cement mixture comprises at least granular iron and cement wherein the granular iron is made to have a water-swelling coefficient of 0.1 or less by steam aging. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
