PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle which changes the steering characteristic of a vehicle so that a driver may not have uncomfortable feeling even if an air pressure of the wheel changes. SOLUTION: The control device for a vehicle is characterized in that it is equipped with an air pressure alarm system 6 which detects air pressure of each wheel 2 respectively and emits an alarm when either air pressure of the wheel deviates from a prescribed value, and a characteristics changing means 6 which changes the control characteristics of the power steering for the vehicle according to the air pressure of the wheels.
