PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tension roller leveler capable of easily adjusting/changing a roll pitch and a roll diameter and capable of being remodeled and manufactured at an inexpensive cost with less spare parts. SOLUTION: In the tension roller leveler which provides a plurality of work rolls 1, 2 in the band plate transfer direction through each backup roll 3, 4 to the upper and lower unit 5, 6, bearing stands to support backup rolls 3, 4 and work rolls 1, 2 are located on the upper and lower cluster bases 9, 10 and the upper and lower cluster bases 9, 10 are installed on the upper and lower units 5, 6.
