<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starch-containing frozen food, while preventing the aging of the starch caused by the freezing, not damaging the peculiar flavor of a final food after thawing the frozen state. <P>SOLUTION: This starch-containing frozen food contains A. lecithin and/or a hydrolysate of a plant protein and B. sucralose, and the adding amount of the A is 0.01-2 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. frozen food and the adding amount of the B is 0.002-0.2 pt.wt. based on the 1 pt.wt.
