PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying boat with a drawable wing tip float mechanism that improves flutter characteristics by making the float be pulled up frontward and attached to the front edge of the main wing without reducing air resistance and increasing stiffness of the main wing (weight increase). SOLUTION: In a flying boat having wing tip floats hanging under both main wings that extend to the left and right sides of the body, a driving mechanism to pull up the wing tip float to the front side of the main wing is provided. After the flying boat takes off, the driving mechanism makes the float attach to the front side of the main wing and thus moves the center of gravity frontward.
