PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproofing herbicidal sheet excellent in mechanical strength and durability, having low transmittance of light and high herbicidal effect and free from occurrence of sound caused by scattering of raindrops. SOLUTION: The soundproofing herbicidal sheet comprises a multilayered cloth body obtained by superposing a soundproofing cloth-like body composed of a cloth body or a nonwoven fabric body formed by laterally crossing a uniaxially drawn yarn in a coarse state or a cloth body for soundproof on a light-blocking cloth body formed by laterally crossing a drawn yarn obtained by uniaxially drawing a thermoplastic synthetic resin and partially bonding the light-blocking cloth body to the cloth body for soundproof and having <10% light transmittance and 50-700 g/m2weight.
