PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a physical distribution control system generally improving physical distribution quality and production quality along an overall physical distribution route.

SOLUTION: The quality of physical distribution is controlled in a seamless way by applying a specified control index to the physical distribution route from a supplier (maker to supply parts) to an end user. A plurality of transportation routes and transportation methods are previously prepared, and substitute transportation route and transportation means are used when a hindrance occurs in the physical distribution routes.
