PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to wind up a bag-type sheet main body of a hair curler which uses the bag-type sheet main body that is blown up with air to a prescribed thickness to be cylindrically wound up around it. SOLUTION: This is the hair curler provided with an elastic needle-like locking member 4 installed at one face side of the flat bag-type sheet main body 1 having freely opening and closing air blowing-in port 2, and numerous elastic loop members 5 removably locked to the elastic needle-like locking member 4 are installed at the other face side, and the bag-type sheet main body 1 made to have a prescribed thickness as air is supplied into a blowing-in port 2 is cylindrically wound up, and the cylindrical shape is made to be retained by locking the elastic loop members 5 to the elastic needle-like member 4. To the bag-type sheet main body 1, partitioned parts 7 formed by linearly adhering one face side sheet cloth 1a and the other face side sheet cloth 1b which constitute the bag-type sheet main body 1 in a direction orthogonal to the winding direction of the bag-type sheet main body 1 with an air passage 6 left at a part are formed in a plurality of numbers, leaving a prescribed distance.
