<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive polymer resistant to doping by oxygen in air and solution-treated economically. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductive polymer is a polythiophene having a chemical structure represented by formula (19), wherein R is a side chain; m is the number of the substitution groups; A is a bivalent binding group; x, y and z are the numbers of the R substituted thienylene, the non-substituted thienylene and the bivalent binding group A in the monomer segment, respectively, z is 0 or 1; and n is the number or the polymerization degree in the polymer chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
