PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial fish-breeding reef, which forms a shelter, provides a spawning ground to make fishes calmly spawn, supplies fresh seawater to fish roe, promotes the growth of the fish roe and is simply produced. SOLUTION: A plurality of thin plates 10 provided with linking holes 11h are connected at intervals in the vertical direction by connection parts 20. The connection parts 20 are sandwiched between the thin plates 10 and 10 and are constituted of spacers 21 provided with linking holes 21h and connection rods 22 to be inserted into the linking holes 11h of the thin plates 10 and the linking holes 21h of the spacers 21. Consequently, since the intervals between the thin plates 10 function as a spawning ground of fish and a shelter is formed by a plurality of the thin plates 10, a spawning ground to make fishes calmly spawn is provided.
