<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing container such as a container, a tray, a cup and a packing material of which the functions of various kinds such as gas barrier-property, surface wetability and transparency can be kept at a sufficiently high level, even though boil or retort germicidal treatment is carried out, by forming the thin film of silicone oxide with well adhesion on the formed body of three dimensions comprising a formed substance made of multi-layer resins including a resin layer having barrier-property to an oxygen gas and a resin layer having high moisture-proofing property. <P>SOLUTION: It is characterized to have a three dimensional shape formed with multi-layer resins including at least the resin layer having the barrier- property to the oxygen gas and the resin layer having the high moisture-proofing property, and the thin film is formed by a plasma furtherance formula CVD method on an entirety of a surface or a part of the surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
