PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry syrup excellent in suspensibility, whose taste and comfortableness on swallowing are improved, which can maintain an excellent suspensibility when suspended, and which contains three branched amino acids such as isoleucine, leucine, and valine as the effective ingredients. SOLUTION: The dry syrup for medical use contains only the three branched amino acids such as isoleucine, leucine, and valine as the main agents, at least one suspending agent selected from the group consisting of xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose derivatives, gelatin, agar, tragacanth powder, sodium alginate, and a carboxyvinyl polymer, and surface active agents.
