PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embossed taping apparatus in which obstacles generated by static electricity can be reduced. SOLUTION: The embossed taping apparatus, in which a cover tape is bonded to a carrier tape containing parts by a thermo-compression bonding, is characterized by having rollers to pinch the carrier tape and the cover tape from upside and downside to draw-off after the thermo-compression bonding of the tapes, wherein the conveying rollers coming into contact with the cover tape and/or the carrier tape have a surface resistivity of 10<SP>14</SP>Ωor less and the surface of the roller being in contact with the cover tape contains a plastic and/or a rubber.
