PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the weight reduction data processor of a garbage treatment machine capable of accurately recording and totalizing garbage decomposition treatment quantity or a weight reduction rate over a predetermined period in a mode easy to report corresponding to the enforcement of a food recycling method, the garbage treatment machine and a garbage treatment system using this processor and a weight reduction data processing program.

SOLUTION: The weight reduction data processor is equipped with an I/O 200a for inputting the operation result data over a predetermined period stored in the memory 32h of the garbage treatment machine 100 for reducing the weight of garbage, a CPU 200b for forming chart data at least showing the treatment state of garbage over the predetermined period of the garbage treatment machine 100 on the basis of the operation result data inputted by the I/O 200a and an aquired data setting region 203A for inputting and setting the operation result value inputted through the I/O 200a.
