PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin stretched film showing outstanding suitability for an automatic packaging machine, and to provide a method for manufacturing this stretched film. SOLUTION: This polyolefin stretched film comprises an intermediate layer formed of the described intermediate resin composition between both outer layers formed of the described outer layer resin composition, with such characteristics that a stress to be applied when the film is extended 100% in the TD direction, is 5 to 11 MPa. The outer layer resin composition is composed of (A) 39.5 to 99.5 wt.% of an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer, (B) 0 to 60 wt.% of a high-pressure-processed low-density polyethylene, and contains (C) 0.5 to 10 wt.% of an anti-fogging agent. The intermediate layer resin composition is composed of (D) 20 to 80 wt.% of a non-crystalline polyolefin, (E) 80 to 20 wt.% of a crystalline propylene polymer, and contains (F) 40 to 5 wt.% of a hydrocarbon resin or its hydrogen additional matter to 60 to 95 wt.% of the total components of (D) and (E).
