PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tertiary curved surface molding display board which is easy of the positioning of a PET film to a movable mold, improves the precision of mold mating, and prevents the formation of a white body on the periphery of a film insert molding or allows the uniform formation on the periphery to improve the appearance of a product and to increase the value of the product. SOLUTION: A plastic sheet base material with characters, marks, diagrams, etc., printed/indicated by a screen process printing method, etc., after its form punched to be larger than a product size with the peripheral part left, is press- molded into the shape of a tertiary curved surface. The obtained PET film 1, after being positioned by being inserted into a positioning pin 5 in the movable mold 3 by using positioning holes 2 existing in the peripheral residue 1a of the film 1, is cut into the product size by the recessed part peripheral blade 4 of the movable mold 3 and the projected part peripheral blade 7 of a fixed mold 6, and a resin is injected after closing mold in this state to make the film insert molding.
