PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatic device preventing stagnation of a blood flow and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: The hemostatic device A is equipped with a band part 1 attached by surrounding and applying pressure to a part of the body and a hemostatic part for stopping bleeding by making a contact with the skin surface by applying pressure, and is provided with a plurality of protruding parts 11 to prevent stagnation of blood flow on the band part 1. A detecting part for detecting the press weld force with the skin surface and a vertically protruding piece 25 for adjusting the press weld force to the skin surface can be provided. Since an escape route for the blood which hardly presses the vein is formed by providing a plurality of protruding parts 11 preventing stagnation of blood flow on the band part 1, the hemostatic device A can prevent stagnation of blood flow.
