PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating laminate body which enables adjustment of the surface temperature thereof by a heating element. SOLUTION: A cover sheet 1 covering the surface of the heating element 4 has a peelable stack of a second sheet base material 3 with the heat conductivity smaller than that of the first sheet base material 2 on the surface of a first sheet base material 2 with a large heat conductivity. The surface temperature of the heating laminate body 10 when it is used with the second sheet base 3 on it can be changed from that when used with the second sheet 3 peeled off.
