PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sulky rice transplanter of which operator can easily operate operation levers as capable of front, rear and rotationally operating in a state of sitting on a seat arranged in an upper direction of a supplemental step body. SOLUTION: This sulky rice transplanter by joining a transplanting part at the rear direction of a traveling part, installing a casing body at the traveling part as extended, also installing a step body, a supplemental step body arranged at a rear upper directional position and a linking body for linking the supplemental step body with the step body at the casing body is provided by installing a standing wall-forming piece formed as almost perpendicularly standing and an inclined wall-forming piece formed by extending from the upper end edge part of the standing wall-forming piece toward rear upper direction, installing the operation lever at the inclined wall-forming piece as capable of freely front, rear and rotationally operating between a working operation position by rotary operating the operation lever in front direction and a non-working operation position by rotary operating the operation lever to rear direction, and making the operational lever so as to position at the rear from the standing wall-forming piece by a side view in the non-working operation position by rotary operating the lever in the rear direction.
