Casting method for pre=fabricated lined construction elements, e.g. walls or floor slabs, uses mould cavity partly formed by lining

At least part of the mould cavity for the shuttering (1) is formed by the lining (2) for the construction element and once the cast material has hardened an internal bond is formed between this material and the lining. The method is used to assembly pre-fabricated lined construction elements and comprises casting e.g. concrete in a shuttering. An Independent claim is also included for a pre-fabricated construction element made by this method.
