PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle capable of emitting alarm when air pressure of a wheel (tire) deviates from a prescribed range, changing control characteristics of the vehicle according to change of air pressure, and suppressing change of travel characteristics of the vehicle due to the change in air pressure of the wheel (tire). SOLUTION: The control device for a vehicle is characterized in that it is equipped with an air pressure alarm system 6 which detects air pressure of each wheel 2 respectively and emits an alarm when either air pressure of the wheel deviates from a prescribed value, and a characteristics changing means 6 which changes the control characteristics of the vehicle according to the air pressure of the wheels.
