PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mixing drum which can develop working efficiency without increasing operating burden of an operator. SOLUTION: The driving control system which equips a mixing drum 7 to agitate raw concrete, a hydraulic motor 5 to revolve the drum and change its discharge amount Dm, a hydraulic pump 4 to supply and eject a working fluid and also change a discharge amount Dp, an engine 12 to revolve the hydraulic pump 4, has a loaded pressure detecting means to detect a loaded pressure PL on the hydraulic motor 5, a controller 2 to adjust the discharge amount Dp of the hydraukic pump 4 with the discharge amount Dm of the hydraulic motor 5, and the number of engine revolution Ne to control the number of revolution Nd for the mixing drum so that the loaded pressure PL does not exceed a threshold level Pm.
