PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fretting fatigue on the contact surface of a side ring. SOLUTION: The contact surface 18 between a backflange 12 and the side ring 14A and/or the contact surface 19 between a bead sheet band 15 and the side ring 14B are inclined so that they are spread outside in the radius direction of a rim as they move outside in the axis direction of the rim. The inner surface in the axis direction of the extended part 12a in the radius direction of the backflange 12 and the outer surface in the axis direction of the extended part 14a in the radius direction of the side ring 14A are adhered closely. This enables a stop of a radial and peripheral slide of each member such as the side ring 14A, 14B, control of the fretting fatigue of the contact surface 18, 19 and an increase in safety in the case of breakage of the side ring 14A, 14B.
