PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the display information of VICS into a smooth voice guide. SOLUTION: This voice synthetic device synthesizing the display information from the VICS 1 into voice is provided with a synthetic model sentence decision part 12 putting the variable part of the display information into a fixed part suitable for voice synthesis selected based on the variable part and deciding a synthetic model sentence, an acoustic parameter generation part 6 combining the acoustic parameter of the fixed part with the acoustic parameter of the variable part and finally generating an acoustic parameter string of a synthesized sentence, a word dictionary part 7 holding the reading related to the variable part, retrieving for the decided synthetic model sentence and imparting the reading to the acoustic parameter generation part 6, an acoustic processing part 8 obtaining a synthetic voice of an output sentence based on the acoustic parameter string outputted from the acoustic parameter generation part 6 and the voice waveform data of a phoneme and a phoneme dictionary part 9 holding the voice waveform data of the phoneme. |
