<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermite agent storing device in which an automatic operation is enhanced. SOLUTION: The thermite agent storing device 1 is composed of first and second storing parts 2, 3 for separately storing metallic oxide and aluminum before mixing, a mixing ratio setting part 4 for setting the mixing ratio of the metallic oxide and the aluminum, a stirring part 5 for stirring the metallic oxide and the aluminum whose mixing ratio is set by the setting part 4, a gate part 6 for opening/closing the stirring part 5, a hopper 7 for temporarily storing the thermite agent produced by the stirring and allowing the agent to flow down and a rotary feeder 8 for supplying a fixed amount of the thermite agent into a melting furnace, etc. The metallic oxide and the aluminum charged in the respective first and second storing parts 2, 3 are automatically adjusted into a prescribed mixing ratio in the mixing ratio setting part 4 and automatically mixed with the stirring part 5. Therefore, the troublesome mixing work of the thermite agent can be automated.</p> |
