摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To exactly detect frequency error by rotating the phase of received data based on the frequency error detected result, correcting this frequency error and detecting the frequency error again based on these corrected received data later. CONSTITUTION:A data processing circuit 5 reduces the influence of phasing or multipath by correcting distortion after equalizing the waveforms of I and Q data. Further, the circuit 5 detects an FCCH with the I and Q data as references, detects the frequency error based on the detected result, corrects the values of the received I and Q data and corrects the frequency error. At such a time, the circuit 5 detects an SCH based on the FCCH detected result and synchronizes all the operations with a base station with this detected result as a reference. In addition to these series of processing, the circuit 5 performs convolution decoding to the I and Q data, performs error correction processing and selectively outputs decoded data provided as a result to a voice processing circuit 6 or a central processing unit 8.</p>
