PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the squeezing separation of fermented and aged unrefined sake or soy into solids and a liquid, by which fine components (residues) having flown out from the holes of a conventional filter cloth can be caught to give a highly clear liquid, and which can reduce the employment of filtration auxiliaries as an industrial waste, enables the treatment of the obtained clear liquid in the next process after filtered or not, give an increased work efficiency, and is useful for environments. SOLUTION: This method for the squeezing separation of unrefined sake or soy into solids and a liquid comprises squeezing the fermented and aged unrefined sake or soy into the solids and the liquid by the use of a squeezing machine. Therein, a filter cloth is used. The filter cloth has a thickness of several ten μm to several hundred μm, and is obtained by weaving extra super ultrafine fibers having a thickness of 1 μm to several μm at a high density of about several ten thousands fibers to about one hundred thousand fibers per cm2. |
