MASS ANALYSIS SYSTEM HAVING IONIZING DEVICE FOR SAMPLE BY USING GAS GLOW DISCHARGE

PURPOSE: A mass analysis system is provided to prevent a sample from being contaminated and to improve analysis by feeding ions into the mass analysis system according to conditions of the sample. CONSTITUTION: A mass analysis system(100) includes a sample guiding device(200), an ionizing device(300), an analyzing device(400) and a detecting and recording device(500). The sample guiding device(200) introduces a solidified sample into the ionizing device(300). The sample is ionized in the ionizing device(300) at an argon gas atmosphere through a glow discharge. Then, the sample is introduced into the analyzing device(400). Argon gas is fed into the ionizing device(300) in order to prevent the sample from being contaminated. The analyzing device(400) selectively analyzes ions generated from the ionizing device(300).
