PURPOSE: A holder and a holder base using a wedge are provided to attach and detach a target easily, and to prevent the target from being shaken after being fixed, and to perform an automated work without an additional sensor. CONSTITUTION: According to the holder(410) fixing both faces of a target, a body(420) comprises a hooking chin formed on the upper side and a projected part which is prolonged from the hooking chin and has a hole. A sliding member(460) is caught to the projected part through an opening formed in the center. A spring is fixed to the body and to the sliding member, and provides the sliding member with a restoring force toward the body. A fixing nail(480) is inserted into the hole of the projected part and has a handle. And a wedge(470) is fixed to the fixing nail through the opening formed on its side wall, and is inserted between the projected part and an inner wall forming the opening of the sliding member.
