PURPOSE: A method and a system for managing a resident-first parking lot in real-time are provided to make a user park a car more easily and fast, to maximize the use efficiently of a parking area, and to improve environment by preventing idling. CONSTITUTION: A parking management call center collects the parking information based on a survey for the parking area within a control region(S210). The parking information is stored in a database by a parking management program(S220). The user applies the parking to the parking management call center(S230). The parking management call center carries out the settlement through a settlement agency company for the parking application(S250). A parking keeper carries out the parking regulation by asking to the parking management call center(S260). A government office carries out a function for managing and supervising the parking management call center(S270). An outsourcing company carries out the operation or the maintenance of the parking management call center(S280). |
