发明名称 SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD OF SEPARATOR FOR MOLTEN CARBONATE FUEL CELL
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for treating the surface of a separator for a molten carbonate fuel cell is provided, to obtain a similar or improved corrosion resistance even with a thin aluminum layer and to improve durability by lowering a heat treatment temperature and preventing the thermal deformation of a thin film. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of coating nickel on a certain area of preform; coating aluminum on the nickel coating layer with a suitable thickness; and heating the coated preform at a temperature of 600-1,000 deg.C under 10% hydrogen atmosphere for 10 min or more to form a diffusion layer, wherein nickel is coated with a thickness of 5 micrometers or more by spraying method, and aluminum is coated with a thickness of 10 micrometers or more by spraying method. Preferably the thickness of a nickel layer is 10-50 micrometers and the thickness of an aluminum layer is 20-100 micrometers.
