The connection comprises cord (12) which can form a coupling loop (18) to the frame and has adjustment means (14) having a first end (121) allowing adjustment of the loop length. These adjustment means comprise a junction section (20) connected around the first end which is extended by a loop length adjustment section (22) having an eyelet (24), a central cavity and a hinge (28) connecting it to immobilization means (30).
