The aim of the invention is to simultaneously generate heat and electricity. The inventive device comprises: a solar radiation concentrator-reflector (1), configured as a mirror in the shape of a highly asymmetric, super-elliptic paraboloid; a light-beam receiver-absorber (2) which creates a greenhouse effect and is charged with a primary heat-transfer fluid; an overheat surge tank (15) optimizing heat exchange; housings (8) and (24) which operate the collector control and the primary, secondary, and auxiliary circuit regulator; an external combustion engine with a working fluid (23), which is fixed to the overheat surge tank and is coupled to an alternator producing energy which is then stored in batteries or fed into the local electricity-transporting network. The inventive device can be connected to circuits producing domestic hot water and/or heating circuits and/or air conditioning circuits.
